COLTEC Racing Engines Ltd was founded in 2003 by Richard Coles on the site of the Holbay Engineering Company and remains the source of knowledge for Holbay engines.

COLTEC specialise in the preparation, manufacture and development of competition engines such as those used in historic racing classes.

COLTEC also provide expertise in the manufacture of components for engines and other applications.
